Bagel & Brew Cafe was born from a simple belief — that a great morning starts with great food and great coffee, made by people who genuinely care.
How It All Started
What started as a dream around a kitchen table became the neighborhood spot Woolwich didn't know it needed. We opened our doors with one goal: to be the kind of place where regulars are greeted by name and first-timers feel like they've been coming for years.
Every bagel we serve is baked fresh each morning — hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and finished in our stone deck oven. Our coffee program is built around carefully sourced beans and baristas who take their craft seriously, from the first espresso pull to the last pour-over of the day.
We're proud to call Woolwich home. This community has welcomed us with open arms, and we show up every day to return the favor — one bagel, one cup at a time.
